What Homes are best suited for Virtual Staging?

In our last post on virtual staging, we discussed what virtual staging is. Today we will discuss when and what type of homes are best suited for virtual staging.

When your commissions on a sale or lease are limited, trying to keep your client happy while marketing the property to maximize the sale/lease price while keeping the DOM to a minimum becomes very difficult if not impossible. This is when virtual staging is the best practical choice. This is typically the case for those empty leases or those homes that are not quite in the ‘tear-down’ or “full reno” category, but they need a little something to help the buyer visualize the space.

With virtually staged images, you can impress your client and make the space look more appealing at the same time!
